There are two other websites that I would recommend for finding Japanese movies and TV dramas on the internet:
This site usually has complete sets of fairly recent Japanese TV dramas. It is torrent based, but doesn't have any membership or download to upload ratio requirements that I know of. That is also the problem though, is that if there is no one seeding the files you want, it may take a long time to get the shows you want to watch.
This site has all sorts of asian movies, not just Japanese. You can usually find new Japanese movies posted here very regularly, though the newest ones out don't usually have any subtitles. There is a membership process, but I don't really know the details since I've been on there for so long. There are also download to upload ratios that you have to maintain to keep your access to the site.
